Ueli Schneider aus Altikon berichtet: «Nach langer Hochwasserperiode konnte ich am 14. Januar endlich wieder einmal auf Äschenpirsch gehen. Wie immer nach einem Hochwasser, musste ich die Standplätze zuerst suchen. Gegen elf Uhr konnte ich eine 44er feumern. Der nächste Biss um halb zwölf war heftig, sodass ich mit einer Barbe rechnete. Nach kurzem Drill lag diese 49er im Feumer. Verwendetes Gerät: Shimano Vengeance Float-Rute 3,6 m, Speedy-Wenderolle, 0,18er-Stroft GTM Monofil, roter Haken Nr. 6.»
